Since 1990, we have been helping children at risk in the ramshackle orphanages of Romania and Moldova. In 2006, in response to runaway human trafficking in Moldova, we opened Stella's House, providing refuge, shelter and care to vulnerable young girls released from orphanages at age sixteen.
